I am currently an AI in Higher Ed researcher consulting on the strategic integration and ethical application of AI across academic, research, and administrative domains. My global academic leadership and consulting spans roles in the US (CA, FL, NJ and HI), the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar), Asia (China, Malaysia and Pakistan), and Europe (Netherlands, UK, Romania and Turkey), where I have held faculty and senior administrative positions supporting teaching and learning.
I have authored a textbook and published over 150 peer-reviewed articles. I hold a B.S. in Oceanography from the Florida Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Environmental Engineering Sciences, and a Ph.D. in Science Ed from the University of Florida.
