A frequently discussed topic in higher education is the use of technology. Although the Center’s focus is on teaching, it would seem shortsighted to ignore possible advantages of using technology to enhance teaching and learning. Our philosophy is to identify and share low threshold, meaningful technology, which support learning outcomes, such as shared on “Educause 7 Things You Should Know About.” From their website, they address technology through answering these seven questions:

What are the downsides?

What are the implications for higher education?
